Pc stutters when downloading

Posted 25 July - AM. Hi, well Malwarebytes is really redundant, since the algorithms used are older and less sophisticated then those used by Windows defender , been like this for some time, takes a lot of time to educate those that do not know.

Could you please tell me were did you find that information bold part? Also could you please explain that underlined parts. I'm relatively tech savvy. My computer is malware free. Bitdefender, malware-bytes and super-antispyware confirmed this to me on regular basis.

For some reason my CPU spikes during downloading on any applications. It is completely fixed after a restart. After a restart, the issue is resolved and doesn't appear again for a while.

I want to know why this is happening. This is most likely either an issue with hardware or the newest version of Windows or maybe a problem with the Network Driver and the new Windows, since there have been so many issues with the new Windows version.

Basic instructions like "Scan you PC for malware" sadly won't do me much good here. I know what to look for as the first suspects and now i've come to you. Also, my primary assumption is that there is some software instance that is monitoring downloaded files and it is probably security related. I would recommend you to completely uninstall all your security related software, especially if it contains features like firewall and network protection.

Posted 25 July - PM. I use only Bitdefender Internet Security, which has faults but is quite reliable and bug-free. I will do what you suggested above that though. I want a way to monitor what exactly happens when the cpu spikes. A program which monitors the threads running in the background which spike the CPU this much. Maybe Process Hacker is viable. Something like that. I understand your concerns about security, but this is the only way we can exclude the possibility that the issue is caused by security suite.

It may help. The software can also be used to reduce video file size, cut, crop, merge video footage, add subtitles to video, or adjust video parameters.
